Exercise is medicine for high-risk health

This tailored service offers guided exercise training for individuals managing cardiac, metabolic, musculoskeletal, or respiratory conditions. It has become widely accepted that exercise is an adjunct therapy to primary methods.

Exercise physiologists are skilled in the area of high-risk and complex conditions. We are able to assess, monitor, manage, and educate you towards independence and longevity.

Before starting, each client completes a detailed intake process, including health screenings, submaximal fitness testing, and condition-specific assessments to establish a safe starting point.

An individualized training plan is then created, taking into account any health limitations or musculoskeletal concerns.
